Perfectionism: Practice “imperfect action.” Share behind-the-scenes moments, lessons learned, and testimonies that reveal your humanity. People resonate with authenticity, not perfection.

Practical Steps to Lead Authentically
Audit Your Mindset: Spend time identifying thoughts that hold you back. Are these fears grounded in truth or lies? Replace them with scriptures that affirm your God-given identity.
Embrace Vulnerability: Sharing your real journey builds trust. Be willing to let others see the ups and downs of your path—it’s where God’s grace shines the brightest.
